Tournament Volunteer Schedule & Tournament Information

Hello Everyone,

Please see the Tournament Volunteer Schedule for our home tournament on December 3-5, 2021.  If you are unable to make your shift, it is your responsibility to find someone to fill it for you.  The volunteer shifts for our home tournament do not count towards the eight volunteer hours needed by SMHA.

We are renting the HUB for Saturday, December 4, 2021.  It will be ran as a REP facility.  Therefore, anyone over the age of 12 needs to show proof of vaccination or a negative covid test within 72 hours to get into the HUB.  The rest of the arena will not be REP, but 1/3 capacity as per usual.  We have rented the HUB to allow for more spectators to see the red arena, and for the players to eat lunch/snacks between games.  We are not allowed to order "group meals" such as pizza or a subway platter to share with teams, as this is considered a "social gathering" and not allowed in REP facilities either.

The 50/50 & Raffle will be online this year.  Everything is through Raffle Box.  This will help with covid restrictions and gives people the opportunity to support our tournament without being there.  Please feel free to share the link with family and friends.
