Volunteer Hours for the 2022/2023 season
We are in the process of sending all directors info regarding who still has outstanding volunteer hours this season. Your managers should be in contact shortly with a list!A reminder each family is required to do 8 hours of volunteering or your check will be cashed at the end of the season. This season there has been many opportunities to get your hours and there will be another opportunity coming soon. ( examples of volunteer opportunities this season - selling bacon or beef jerkey, jersey washer, casino, managing a team, coaching, airport set up and take down etc) please note working shifts for your tournament or working the score clock during games do not count towards your hours.
**Please note if a family thinks they have completed their hours and are still on the list please don't panick as mistakes happen and with multiple divisions and names it gets confusing, if you notice an error that your manager sends out please email payne.sarah87@gmail.com with the following details**
- division and team
- child's name and parents name
- how they completed their hours
