PHOTOGRAPHER: We will be having a photographer again this year, I will attach the spreadsheet to sign up here. If your team decides collectively to participate please send her payment before the tournament and as one etransfer, otherwise pay individually.  More information is below from Melanie.  I signed up last year, and was quite please with her pictures. 

 

VOLUNTEER SIGN UP: Here is the link to sign up for volunteer shifts at our home tournament.  As previously, mentioned this the volunteer sign up sheet will be first come first serve, with both U9 and U7 parents having access, so if there is a time that works best for you and your family to sign up, I encourage you not to procrastinate.

Hello everyone,
My name is Melanie, with Roaming Vaquera Photography, and I’m thrilled to share that I will be attending the U7 hockey tournament on February 7th as the event photographer! I’m very excited to capture the energy and fun of the day and to offer high-resolution action photos of all players.
This service was extremely popular at tournaments last year, and I’m happy to make it available again for your team.

How It Works
To participate, please sign up in advance by providing:
* Your child’s name
* Their jersey number
* Your email address
The fee is $15 per child, which includes a minimum of three photos—though in past tournaments, most families received many more. With prepayment, you will have full access to the online gallery to choose your favourite images. Your selected photos will be delivered to you in high resolution, perfect for printing or sharing on social media.
