Jerseys, managers and misc. info
Hey Everyone!
I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving weekend. I just wanted to send out some info on a few topics as we get into our regular schedule!
Jersey sizing:
Tomorrow Wednesday October 15 I will be at the rink at 3:45 pm to allow your child to try on jersey's for sizing and select their number. This will be for teams 4, 5 and 6 that are practicing tomorrow. On Friday October 17 I will be at the rink early around 5:30 and we will do the same format for the remaining teams. This year we have really cool Stettler Storm jersey's so they will not be going home with your child for the season. The manager will be in charge of handing out the jersey's and socks and will collect them after each game.
Team managers:
We have not had many applications for team managers this year. If you feel inclined, I would highly encourage you to apply if you feel you can handle the commitment. I will be there to help you along the way so you will not be left to figure things out on your own. The commitment for this level is fairly low. I will have the away tournaments booked for each team but you will be required to assist in helping run our home tournament on February 7 & 8. Again, I will be there to assist you along the way and hopefully we will have some fun too!
Medical forms/volunteer cheque/cash call:
Thank you to everyone who has handed in their medical form, volunteer cheque or sent in the e-transfer for the cash call. We do need to have these things to allow our season to run successfully. I will be reaching out soon to those who haven't sent in their medical forms and volunteer cheques to follow up! Don't forget you can sell some bacon to help towards your hours.
Lost stick
If anyone has seen this stick, please let me know as one of our players has misplaced it.
