SMHA Exhibition Game Request

Each U11-U18 Team is allowed to host 2 HOME exhibition games per season and may attend 2 AWAY exhibition games per season. Home exhibition games must be completed by the end of the respective league Christmas Break. Away exhibition games may be completed at any time during the season.

You require Board approval for an exhibition game by means of this form prior to requesting ice or game sanction numbers.
